Technical punto hgt power steering motor/pump

just bought a steering motor/pump for my hgt,

how do i remove existing unit?

and how do i fit this new one?

I take it the old one is faulty?

Gotta remove complete column to fit it mate.

I'm sure theres a column removal guide here somewhere,i'll try & search for it.System would need to be calibrated by dealer afterwards by the way.

That is a brand new one isn't it?

New ones not available out of warranty,comes as complete column.

its nt brand new but its nt fooked like mine, so it might aswell be new? lol

why does it have to be calibrated?

Did'nt know that, how come i've had two puntos over the last 6 years and never had this problem? its seems to be pretty common.

I know of loads of puntos that have never had a steering,airbag or EM warning light on ever,but yes it is a common problem.Finger crossed for you Dan
