Technical punto gt over heating

Hi thankyou for your replies i have tried everything you have put to me all i can think of now is that there must be a crack in 1 of the water ways in the head. when i said the water bubbles up and down it has to be exhaust gases being pushed back through the coolant on the exhaust stroke. thats all i can think of.
