Hello,
First of all, I don't think it it an automatic transmission. If you have the Dualogic, it is a robotized manual gearbox. It engages the clutch and switches gears automatically. It doesn't have the clutch pedal and a classic lever to change gears.
The system needs regular and precise servicing. Not cared enough gets problematic.
