Technical punto 75 cams

hey every1 i was at my local brakers yard 2day and they have a punto 75 there, how hard is it to fit the cams to my punto 60? i cud get a mates dad to fit them for me is its too hard. what exactly do i need to take and how much shud i give the brakers for them? the punto is an s plate with 65k
