Hi does anyone know where i can get a pair of front door speaker pods like the 1's in the picture ??

Yep you need a router, some MDF, expanding foam and a lot of P40 bridging filler.
They will be custom made.
I can get them made for you but something like that normally costs around the £150-£180 mark.
