Technical Pulse Line for Digitax Meter

HI.

I have purchased a 2004 fiat ulysee on 04 plate. 2.0 Eleganza, i will be using the car as a taxi, could anyone please advise on the location for the pulse lead to connect to, its not the same as a 2003 (53) (already have) plate or the 2005 model. i am stuck, tried various areas.

You could get a can interface to extract the speed pulse from the can-bus, most newer vehicles use this method rather than the older pulse type for speed.

Thanks for your reply, but i also believe that they do not do one for the 2004 model.

Yep i was right they do not do one for the 2004, problem now solved, had to purchase another type of gadget which takes a reading from the ABS system and calculates a pulse for the meter.

Works fine
