I just wanted to say a public thank you to VmanC who has just helped me again with parts I needed to keep firecolour tip top.

I can't recommend him highly enough - proof that wholly decent people still exist in this world!

If you need anything Panda type - Vernon is your man.

Got to agree. I certainly wouldn't have two Mk2 Pandas, if Vernon didn't exist... -- not because it's his fault I own them; but I know that, if anything goes wrong, he'll be there...! :worship:

It's over rated anyway. Some of the stupidest people I've met are highly intelligent - can't open a door without walking into it though!

I have a lifelong friend, who is a leading light in the world of molecular chemistry. Has an IQ of over 180.

Nobody would partner with her in the labs, at school, though. She was about as practical as a chocolate exhaust valve. Very clever indeed, though....

Yes I worked with an ex nuclear physicist. One of the nicest blokes ever, highly intelligent, and had us in stitches daily with the daft things he did - you had to laugh or you'd be driven round the bend.

I had a Mk1 Supra Turbo, once. Sadly, in white. Set the cruise control to (ahem) mph, at night, and you could travel the full length of the M6 with a big cheesy grin....

Engine died (with a very nasty noise...) at 190,000 miles. Sad day.
