Proxy problem with MES

Hi there. there was a problem writing the proxy. climate node (HVA / NCL) failed unknown error. can anyone help me what to do with it?

Did you make a backup of the proxi data before making any changes. if so try reinstalling the original and start again.
Take away the problem device run the proxi install and start again.
