Technical Proxi Alignment failure

hi chaps!!

I have attempted to help a fellow club member out with a couple of things using multiscan. We needed to do a proxy alignment, but this fails with error "configuration not support by system error"...what??! this is the log:

Sorry cant help you mate, except suggest to go onto the multiecuscan site , they have a forum, http://forum.multiecuscan.net/ , probably best pasting the info in a thread on there.
