My MOT has pulled up the front propshaft bush as being deteriorated. It's a fair cop. Read a few things about fixing with tiger seal, strengthening the rubber with extra supports and the bearing quality, etc.

Still to take a good look. But if I go for a new part is it worth swapping the bearing for a better quality item and if so what is recommended and what are the dimensions/specs?

Thanks

If using the cheap Transpart items from eBay then yes its a good idea to fit a better quality bearing to them, unfortunately they still have a limited lifespan if off roading as there is no metal shield to properly protect the bearing as per the original ones.

I cannot recall the bearing size currently but they are a readily available size so you should have no trouble getting them from a local bearing supplier.
