Hi there do you have to go to a Fiat dealer to have a new key programmed?
One dealer in Stoke quoted me £210 for a new key! Also whats the process of programming a new key? Sunwin in Derby who I bought the car off has offered to supply a new key at cost £135 as I've had a few probs with them.
Cheers:)

The keys are all cut by Fiat and coded to the vehicle, the keys just need to be programmed to the vehicle using examiner.

programming takes about 5-10mins as well, they should charge you no more than 1/2 hours labour for it.

technically your also paying for them to retrieve ISR codes (which cost) & upkeep/maintence of the equipment aswell + tech time.Normally you also get a health check....dont forge nows the time to get them to disable/enable visual confirmation when locking & quick read of any errors;)
