could always get a full set of keys locks and ecus from ebay
I got my car working with a full set of blues and one proper red key for 50 quid
just put in the ecus and swap the chip from the red key that comes with them to yours this way you will have a real red key that fits your locks and no need to start changing all your locks
then use it to program all the blues you have to the car which I take it is a small mountain buy now
