if they are disputing it for you then you should get your money back as you havent received the goods you have paid for. now if you had paid cash you would be f****d!

If you had used a credit card you will have been guaranteed to get your money back. As for debit card, you will be lucky.
I heard all about the same thing on the radio. That company who had lists of things for weddings, etc went bust. People had paid for presents....They went bust and only people to see their money was quoted... "Credit card users only"

i know.. i dont have a credit card though.. all the money i spend comes from my debit card where my wages are paid 
hopefully the bank can claim it back.. because at the end of the day. i paid for something and didn't receive it,,
but at the mo.. im pretty gutted
