PostgreSQL Unicode driver

I'm trying to download the PostgreSQL Unicode driver (postgresql-8.2.3-1.zip) at http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/binary/v8.2.3/win32/, but none of the download links seems to work.

Can anyone recommend another site (that works) which gives the same driver?

This work:

http://ftp.ee.postgresql.org/pub/postgresql/binary/v8.2.5/win32/

Looks like a higher version though.
