Basically My car Broke Down 2nite had to have it towed by the AA back to my house, i knew it was the clutch straight away and it was confirmed...

Anyway to cut a long story short im wondering if there was enough interest in the parts on it i would consider breaking it and selling the individual parts as i'm going to get another punto,

Its a 1995 1108cc Mk1 55S and i know it has a new-ish alternator (changed within last 300 miles) that cost me £88 fitted by a garage,

Its Jade Green and the front bumper and bonnet are damaged and a considerable dent in the drivers side rear quarter panel under the rear light, if no interest in it im goin to scrap it... its done 98,000 miles.

sounds half crashed!!!!

selling it might yield £150 if it has soem T&T left on it.

other than that, scrap, breaking it, there isn't much that people will want from that car, although whole engines and g'boxs sometimes sell for resonable money

Is there anyone on here thats good with a punto and can replace a clutch and knock a dent out if i post some pics of the dent?

Thing is i love the car but i dopnt wanna spend too much on fixing it up

I hardly know anything about cars, but I've got a 1995 Fiat Punto cabriolet, which is Italian (left hand drive). Basically I ruined one of my wheels the other day so I'm driving on an emergency spare while I desperately look for another one.

I need a 13-inch, 4.5J, Fiat Punto 4 stud, steel wheel.

If you're breaking your car down, can you tell me whether your wheels match this as obviously I would be keen to buy 1 or 2, and if you sell it on complete can you let me know which scrap yard you sell it to, as I've contacted a few looking for this wheel.

Many thanks:)
