Right judging to the response of some of my friends, to the news i may be getting my motorbike license, i decided to do a quick poll!

The ones who drive around aberdeen beach are the biggest bunch of ****s you'll ever meet. Undertaking, tailgating (in bad weather), wheelying - the works. They tan it round in big groups then slow down once they have overtaken so you cant even overtake the bastards.....yet the police know this and let them awa wi it!

No matter where you go, its just common place to find the nova boys, and also 16yr old arseholes on there 50cc twist and hairdry scoots, and the annoying thing........they think there cool :lol: :lol: :lol:

I would race one in a second but there is no way i would ever ride one on the Queen's public highway!!

At least if you are racing then you know the guys around u will respect the fact that if you fall off it will hurt, but fcuking road user wouldn't give a sod if you fell of!!!

I'm very keen on bikes. I did own a small one but it got nicked and trashed and i've since be unable to replace it.

I've also been a marshall at road race events and I'd like to see you do damn near 200mph with the only protection being a set of leathers.

I always thought it would be great fun but there is no way I'd do it now I've seen how dangerous it is.

I'm hoping to get my full bike licence and a new bike as soon as funds allow.

I mean dont get me wrong, bikes are fairly dangerous, with most crashes that happen being other road users fault, and no i probably wont have the balls to find out what my Kawasaki zx-10r can do (i wish i had one) or see if the manufacturer is telling porkies about the 500mph top speed, but just the whole being at one with a machine is enough for me!

Plus for the :twisted: side, there are allways track days :twisted:

its weird...I've always hated motorbikes.....
My uncle was killed on the back of my dad's motorbike, and my cousin was paralysed in an accident on his......
now my sister has one and I hate her using it

BUT, I went trail biking in the desert a couple of years ago and it was absolutely amazing and would definitely do it again.

TBH I think drivers here are the problem......have no awareness of bikers....and seem completely oblivious to them being on the road

If you go to places like Italy, the drivers are ****ing crazy, but there are so many scooters and bikes on the road that they seem to come first.....
