General Please help find clips for scuttle

Hey everyone. I work for a company wrapping doblos etc and when we strip them down 99% of the time the little white clips that hold the scuttle down snap and break leaving the trim loose, I can't find them anywhere online so was hoping someone may have a suggestion on where to get them in bulk. I've attached a picture of where the clips are and if needed I'll get a picture of the actual clips when I go in tomorrow morning. Thanks in advance
