what's peoples take on mixin n matchin body kit pieces?? because i havent yet found a kit that i totally like, but there are bits of it that i do and was thinkin of gettin like a Lester bonnet n Titan skirts for example...??would it look tacky or unique??

Personally, I think a lot of the full bodykits look s**te, especially on the Mk2. Punto's are pretty cars to start off with and the kits invariably just make them look like awkward monsters which people then take the **** out of.
it's far better (and cheaper) to make your Punto look more aggresive the subtle way, after all it's a subtle car. If you've got a Mk1 get a nice front bumper, colour coded, but not a bloody snow plough! Maybe just a few more little intakes than a standard GT bumper or so. Same at the back, personally I think the blank tailgate looks weird, leave the tailgate be and get a nice bumper. I reckon twin exhaust feed bumpers are the way to go, the ones that aren't excessively huge. Too many grilles at the back looks s**te as well.
If you've got a Mk2 the 3-dr front end is already aggressive so just add maybe a lip to the bumper, you don't need the Abarth front end which is like a big swollen lower lip. Ugh. There's a nice rear bumper with twin exhausts for the Mk2 which looks great. Add side skirts, maybe just the HGT ones, lower the car to the max, get really nice 17's and you're done, assuming the spoiler is there (don't change that).
It's a real art, and it's hard to get right. When I get my Mk2 Sporting eventually, I am going to try everything before I buy. That's if I have any money left!
