If its for an assessment, it wouldn't be in anyone's interest to do it, least of all your friend's - they could well be thrown off the course if they are found deliberately cheating.

I don't think there's anything wrong with finding photo's as long as the source of the photos is noted and recorded in the assignments.

It depends. If it has to be his own work, then only Beau's friend can do it, noone else.
