Photoshop Challenge revival?

I fancy a challenge, and can only do photoshops when I'm under pressure

So, would anyone be up for a Photoshop challenge like the old days? (well, kinda, we dont have some many experts this time round and this time we could set some guidelines to follow)

was thinking about using this a base? Alright with everyone?

rules;

1, no nakkid stu
2, the car must stay a car, no making it into a hovercraft (unless you taking the **** )
3, the car must be semi realistic
