Morning all,
recently I've noticed a petrol smell inside the car whenever I'm sitting in traffic - it's not noticeable when driving, only when stationery.
I had a quick look under the bonnet but couldn't see anything wrong - does anyone have an idea where i should look first? Is there a common fault with this?

I've spent some time searching here on the forum but without any luck.

My car is a 53 plate mk 2 Uly 2.0 petrol
Thanks!

Pollen filter housing is the most common reason. It needs to be secured up by the 4 lever clips and the 2 half turn screws at the front.

Blimey Fran - that was quick!
Thanks for the tip, I'll have a little look-see.
Cheers
