Interesting replies. I bought my (1y/o) Doblo there a few months back & thought I would need to use them for the services.
I have to say that the spares department are useless. Went in there last week to buy a nut, one nut - the nut that holds the rear light cluster in place (it's used on a few models besides the Doblo) - and they had none in stock.
Just over a week later & I'm still awaiting the part coming in - that really is pi$$ poor service.
The guy admitted that due to the bad design people lose many of these nuts - yet they don't hold them in stock. How would it be if supermarkets allowed their stock items to drop to zero & keep customers waiting over a week for new stock to arrive?
I have complained to Fiat about the crap design whereby a strange looking nut holds the back lights in place & can only be accessed using the wheel brace or 17mm socket on extension bar - a consequence of which is that the nut is very easily lost into the nether regions of the bodywork - never to be seen again.
