General Passenger window

Hi people, I'm having an issue with the passenger side front window.........I have just replaced the regulator as the cables had snapped on the old one, easy job done without any problems. However........when I wind the window up it doesn't go straight up in the runners, it tilts forward.
I have noticed that there is a small hole in the rear top corner of the glass, similar to the one that the regulator pin goes through but much smaller. Is something supposed to go through that to hold the glass straight? If so then I can't for the life of me see what goes through it. Anybody any clue?
