Part sources?

Now spring is here, time to get working on the car. Does anyone know where I can source the following bits?

Cam cover gasket for a 1.4S?
Rear shocks for a 'S' reg 1.4s?
Air filter for same?
Spark plugs for same?

should do most of it! try ebay for the rocker cover, why do you need a new one, out of intrest.

Just looking to clean out the oil spray bar, kind of an insurance policy..........

jsut read 1st post you only want teh gasket the above web site should have it,

when i did my 1.4 i just used the org gasket had the rocker cover off 6-8 times and was all fine! maybe just luck?

i love the room you get to work on the 1.4
