Technical parking brake efficiency, need advice...

its all good getting new cables but i dont know how to fit them and if it involves stripping drums down i aint doing it. As im one to not touch brake drums they just too annoying with their stupid springs.

regardless of what the garage says if your tensioner is at the 'max'
there is no 'hmm maybe' its clearly a worn cable. get it replaced, sand your shoes and get it back in the station.

no no mate, you only have to remove the front of the hub.
