I have a Fiat Punto 1.4 16v Sporting (53 Reg)
what is best for my car, Panel Filter or Induction kit?
what is best for my car, Panel Filter or Induction kit?
How hot does does the engine bay get after a long-ish drive?
Seeing as its 16v it could make the engine bay rather warm. so an induction kit would be subject to heatsoak. unless you get an enclosed induction kit, like the pipercross viper or venom for example.
but panel filter pretty much does the same and cheaper lol but don't think you'll get as much sound from the panel filter though... but like what dave said depends on you.
sorry to change subject, but when i hear focus induction kit, is this meaning a kit designed for a ford focus such as this, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-FOCUS-1-8-2-0-ZETEC-00-04-AIR-INDUCTION-FILTER-KIT_W0QQitemZ350151577195QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item350151577195&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1299|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A2|240%3A1318
thanks
when i had a fiesta zetec-s i tried both panel filter and an induction kit and the panel filter so so much better and gave a lot better performance than the induction kit.
from what I have read, yes they happen to fit the Punto mk2 (at least) aswell as the focus
strange... not very good quality though i can see. Plus it looks like a bit of a "Bodge".
only the 8v puntos
not a bodge. Perfect fit
no way, you bodged it
