General Panda vandalised

My wife's lovely 57 plate Panda Dynamic has been vandalised during the night by some complete arse. There's a training shoe print on the bonnet and a small crease against an underlying strut and the roof pretty much stoved in with at least four big dents. It's not yet been washed but there will be paint damage as well.

The local body shop has pushed out the worst of it and of course it's perfectly usable but it's no longer the nice car that it was.

She works nights at the local ASDA so hopefully there's some CCTV imagery but I doubt it will be enough to identify the bar steward.

What the heck is wrong with some people; there's just no rationalisation or excuse for behaviour like this.

She's insured with Direct Line so her no claims bonus is safe, but they may well right-off the car as being uneconomical to repair.

A quick cost estimate is £750 for the roof alone. Bonnet would be extra.

It's a great little car in the dark blue metallic so we are well gutted.
