That's a rather late Panda, isn't it?

I'm judging by the gearstick, chunky grey steering wheel, and red hazard light button that only appeared on 1994 onwards UK cars.

At a guess from the lack of rust on the door, I'd say it's a fairly new car.

What a wonderful example ! Love it !

..........can I take it accross the moors, off-road, please ?

How cool is that?
Looks like a lot of effort to carry an extra couple of loaves, but I love it.

Anyone know if you can get the kits to convert a standard panda to a van? I love the look of the van.

Not sure. Does anyone have any Italian friends they can ask?

Something else that was posted recently on the forum was a Panda tent. I can't remember who has one. It's a tent that is designed to attach to the Panda when the rear hatch is open. It allows you to camp and use the car for storage. Very cool indeed. I've been searching the interweb thingy for one but I can't find any details.

Van extensions do turn up on Ebay, best bet is German Ebay though.

Steve, persevere with the tent, they are rare but do turn up (I believe they were given away at the launch of the Mk 2 Panda in 1986). Mine came from Ebay via (I didn't know when I bid though) Ricambio in Surrey, which is were I get all my 'urgent' Fiat bits. I personally can't fault these guys (y) www.ricambio.co.uk

The tents were also available for the Uno, as I remember seeing one in someone's garden in about 1988 on my paper round :)

If anyones interested, my Panda is in my gallery.

Cheers

Vin
