Technical Panda Towbar fitting

Hi guys,

I'm just wondering how easy/hard it is to fit a towbar to a 54plate Panda??

I have fitted the towbar from this manufactor. They make 2 types for the Panda.
You have to remove the rearbumber and the steelbar behind the bumber.

I had one fitted to my 06 4x4 from TowBarExpress and they were excellent. Mobile fitting, so they came to me, took about an hour or so and it's been perfect. http://www.towbarexpress.co.uk

Any chnace of a photo of the 4x4 towbar? I intend to put one on mine but am a bit worried about the 'bumper cut' that is apparently required.

Oi, Trevor, don't you start chopping up the bumper on my old car (The Gaymobile!) or abusing it by towing!

OK, Trevor, I've relented. Attached is a file with the fitting instructions for a Witter bar thar shows the dimensioms of the bumper cut!

Car is still wonderful and nice and shiny - honest - haven't abused it all (yet!!). Thoroughly enjoying it and think I did well buying it from you! Don't forget to let me know when you are selling the Cross......!!

Thanks for that link, will be very helpful. Do you know how the electronics wire in also? I have never fitted a towbar before thanks
