Anyway, those of you that own these things, can you tell me if they are big enough to sleep in. I'm a six footer and have a tendency to pull rather dubious and excitable women when I'm on holiday and wondered whether you can actually use these tents for camping, or are they just a gimic really?
Are they fit for, you know, well, thingy, snort, titter, er, romping and so forth, if you like.
I do own a rather splendid Conway trailer tent and I know a Panda can pull it, albeit slightly (!!!) illegally, given all due consideration to the weight issue. Indeed after it's initial purchase the my ex's Colour towed said tent the 10 miles from Dover to Deal, even tugging it enthusiastically up Jubilee way, that huge flyover affair that shepherds you out of Dover onto the A2, over the docks, and then onto Deal.
However, I wouldn't want to travel too far with half a ton of canvas and aluminium hanging off me bum because I'm fairly keen on my driving licence and almost as keen on continuing to live past 42, so hence my interest in the Panda tent.
So, is it useable as a tent, basically?
Please reply much later as I've just had four cans of Murphys and I need a wee desperately and I'm also now struggling to focus. Honestly, it's like having four bowls of alcaholic soup. Trapped wind, an urge for chocolate:yum: and a spinning head.
Romance isn't dead in my house then.......
Cheers all.
