Hi I have just bought a 2005 Panda Dynamic. The only fault with it is the drivers seat is in bad shape I/e Broken springs and ripped I have managed to find a better condition matching seat at my local breakers yard My question is are there any airbag sencors in the seat or seat belt clip which is part of the seat to worry about when swapping seats over or is it just a case of removing 4 bolts taking one seat out and putting another in Any help or info from anyone would be grat

If the seats have airbags installed in them, they will be clearly marked as such with a little label. It would have been an optional extra for a 2005 Panda, so there's probably not that many with them fitted.

So you think it will just be 4 bolts I spoke to my local garage and the mechanic started going on about sencors in the seat belt clip which is attached to the seat So he put doubts in my my mind that it might be more trouble than its worth

The seatbelt socket is attached to the seat itself so the replacement seat should have one on too, no need to remove the old one or anything. I've had the passenger front seat out before and it is just the 4 hex bolts then it lifts out.

The garage is probably talking about the seatbelt pretensioner which can have wires coming from it, but on the Pandas they don't (or they don't even have them, I'm not sure).

So, so long as your Panda doesn't have airbags in the seat, yes, it's just the 4 bolts to remove.
