Some (*******) insert whatever expletive you like in the brackets, has keyed the back of my new Panda and part of the fuel filler cover...Does anyone know a cheapish and trustworthy scratch repair company, either one that's mobile or located in the West Midlands preferably nearish to Dudley/Stourbridge/Kidderminster etc?

I've noticed a couple of threads of random acts of violence to peoples cars..this is obviously on the increase?

Thanks in anticipation of help.....

Thanks for your support guys....I was just about coming to terms with it today when I got a second blow. When I got back from work today I noticed they've keyed right across the length of the bonnet also - I didn't notice it this morning as I leave when it's still dark. I'm also convinced it's happened outside my house as my work car park has gated access and is security patrolled and 99% of the people who use it are professional types (I don't mean to imply that professional people don't do things like this, it's just that I think it's slightly less likely) so it probably happened outside my house. I'm not going to get it repaired until I've got my drive extended and it can sit safe and sound next to the Stilo. Because I know if I repair it the likelihood is someone will do it again. I'm still gonna get some quotes on how much it will cost though. The scratches aren't mega deep, but I think they're deep enough for say the bonnet to need a re-spray which is going to add many £'s. I don't know whether to put in an insurance claim and pay for it through my premium as it were - or whether just to foot the bill myself? what do you guys think?

Jasper,

One of my work colleague's ex works for a mobile car paint repair company around the Rugby/Cov area! I can't recall the name off the top of my head, even had a quick look at Google!

Will find out Monday and let you know :)

Stu,

Haven't looked into it yet, as i don't want to have it repaired before I have my driveway extended and it's safely parked on the property...so it'll be a few weeks before I can get you any feedback. To think, the money I spend on this would have bought a re-map and exhaust and more for the stilo....
