General Panda 4x4 Turbo

I have been offered a Fiat Uno Turbo for next to nothing by a mate that is going to Spain to live.
I have always had this idea of a Uno Turbo engine in a Panda 4x4 as off the line it would be increadible.
Is it feasible? (would it fit)
What else would I need to consider?
Oh and does anyone have a Panda 4x4 for sale? (I'm not prepared to eBay, I would rather just come and view it and if I like it, buy it)

welcome to the forum should be farely easy conversion go for it keep us posted on the progress

All you get a problem with is: The Gearbox!? 5-speed is toooooooooo long

have tried to fit 1500 with a 5-speed, dit not;-/
So now i have taken a 1050 from a 127 with a 4-speed, to go with my 4 Keihin 38 mm cabs.
