Recently bought 1st Panda (2014 with A/C) and am presently giving it an overdue full service. Where do I locate / access the pollen filter? Removed various trim/kick panels on both passenger & drivers-side footwells but don't see an 'obvious' cassette of slim , vertically situated & removeable cover that is to be found on the pre-2012 Panda (looking at various U-Tube videos etc).
Can anyone guide me / ping me photograph please of the relevant access point that I'm failing to find. Thanks.

This should give you a good idea even if it's on a LHD car, though the video is a bit dark in places.

You only need a couple of tools.
A small torq bit to remove the trim and a 5.5mm spanner to remove the filter housing cover.

Fiat didn't swap the filter cover over for RHD cars, it's in the same place as in the video, so the space in the footwell is tight.

You can't really get a 5.5mm socket on the lower filter cover screw as the steering column is in the way on RHD cars.
Some have undone the column from the joint to get access but a ring spanner or open ended 5.5mm spanner will save you this.

I've done a fair few of these and cut a tiny 5.5mm socket down just enough to fit.
(careful you don't drop the screws, they can disappear down nooks and crannies)

The clutch pedal gets in the way a bit when removing the old and fitting the new filter.
It can be a struggle to hold the pedal down while stuffing the filter in.

Notice the arrow on the filter, it's meant to fit one way only.

If you pinch the new filter in the middle, it fans out a bit which helps slide it in to the housing. Once you let go it'll spring back into space inside the housing.

The bottom retaining screw is also sunk into the plastic moulding, I trimmed the circular ridge from around the screw with a Stanley knife to get better spanner access.

Getting the filter element out and new in is also a challenge, trying to push the clutch pedal in while juggling the filter is a circus act. You will also have to push some of the wiring loom out of the way

I was able to both remove the old and replace the new without needing to press the clutch down. See link in earlier posts above which has my photos showing how it was done.
