My Ducato based motorhome is in the garage since May with a 9 speed auto transmission error. Fiat support / Pamair recommended a new ECU at over £1000 (as well as £1000’s in other parts to eliminate a fault).
The firmware version on the new ECU is out of date and doesn’t work.
Pamair technician escalated the problem to level 2 support to reprogram the new ECU.
No one is picking up the ticket and we are stuck in limbo since May! They say don’t submit another or you go back to start of ticket queue!
How do we move this along faster - any suggestions from experience please?
