Technical Palio 1.2 Fuel filter removal

Hi Guys

I drive a 2006 Palio 1.2 and need to change the fuel filter, how do I depressure the fuel system so that I can remove the filter, and then bleed the air out?

Is there a workshop manual for it somewhere?

On my m.y. 2000 Palio 1,6-16V I use a good set of pliers and some strong language to get the filter of......
I never depressurize before, or bleed afterwards.

Eventually got round to it. The one side has a fitting with clips that you can press to release it and on the other side I found a small flat screw driver works well to release the clips.
