and ill only do the grey dash stripe followed by a retrim in black and purple leather. but not yet (thats why i need a job

mate i don't think you can buy the trim seperately. it goes with the hole dash. you can buy aftermerket solutions and fit them yourself. it would be great though if it was sold directly from fiat.
