General Paint Wanted

Can anyone help me with getting some single stage enamel paint please?
The colour codes I have are as below. It’s a white.
#207,
Gat -11149
ditzler PPG number 8315.
Dupont IC 776 8554L.
Glasurit. FI-207
Everyone I have tried doesn’t recognise any of the codes.
A paint supplier I have spoken to has said if the code could be converted to Hex/RGB/CYMK or LAB.

Can you take a filler cap or similar body part for a good paint shop to match, it's what we used to do?

My car is silver but should be white which is what I am wanting to change it back to
