Technical Paint questions

Hi,
Trying to find green paint 377 for my Sisley, can anyone suggest anywhere, can find anything recent online to order from.
Also the finish on the bonnet and roof seems to be faded and coming off, is this normal?. What do I have to do before I can repaint it, do I have to totally remove it or can I do something to prep it?

Halfords will mix an aerosol can, or find a paint supplier local to you.

Very common for the laquer to fade and peel off, I have the same thing on mine, should just be able to prep it like any other panel. I would recommend getting it done professionally though as you will struggle to get a good finish on such large panels with a rattle can.

try these, give them the paint code and should help you out. pretty sure i was advised of these and can get very close a classic colour. sorry if wrong in advance

As I found to my cost, paint has changed a lot over the years, yours was probably cellelose or acrilic. Difficult to get now, it's nearly all 2 pack, or 2k, as it's known. If your doing the whole car which would seem the best bet getting an perfect match won't really matter.House of color are very good and online. The paint is a matt base with a lacquer top. The base goes on very well and is easy, but the 2k top I found beyond either my gun or skill, it has to go on very thick in two coats a tack coat and a top. I could'nt get it right at all. So I used a 2k Base and a 1k top from Auto paints Brighton, again online, I am pleased with the results a nice deep shine with no orange peel. Easy to cut back if you make a small mistake.
