General Paint Code?

Anybody know where the hell they hide the paint code, looked on the sticker on the drivers door, nothing, looked on the plate under the bonnet, possibly there just not sure how to deficer the numbers

some little git ran a key down the entire length of my drivers door

What's the best way of getting scratches and the like sorted out? I have a few obvious lines on one of my rear doors that I'd like touched up.
I know Halfords can do it but they charge an absolute fortune for the privilege.

I'd recommend them. I used them a couple of years ago to get rid of a scuff mark and the guy came out to my work and fixed it.

resurecting an old thread I know, just been looking and I dont have the plate with my paint code on, I have the other one with the chassis number though, anybody know if theres a way of finding the paint code from my reg or chassis number?

just scratched the rear quarter pulling into the drive and its quite deep, going to order a touch up pen for now and have the work done right when I have the dosh

Its under the bonnet on the left hand side as you stand in front. On the actual bonnet itself not the wing.

only thing I have on the bonnet is a BASF sticker with some info on, doesn't contain paint codes or anything though, it isn't even the same layout as the one in the manual

ignore the above....might help if the bloomin thing wasnt in Italian lol....891 I think is the code I need cheers guys

i just went into my fiat dealership and gave them my number plate, they were able to print out a spec sheet with loads of useful info about my car including the paint code.



Btw I also recommend Chipsaway, I had a big scratch on my bravo and they fixed it in my lunch hour in my company car park! great service.
