£600 for second hand alloys?

They've been reduced and like I said I'm accepting offers. If I price them at £400 I'll get offers of £200. :)

These aren't alloys you can pop into halfords and get, they're lightweight racing alloys that cost £800+ new without tyres.

£500+/- with with £200 worth of tyres is a good deal.

I'm more for questioning the 300£ powder coat.. I just had my 15" blasted and powder coated (with clear coat as well) for 140£.. And things are supposed to be more expensive in Denmark.

I can get them done for £200 but it would require me to take two mornings off work. (y)

Yeah, my friend in London did mention some insane refurb prices for wheels. It just still baffles me.

You can get them done cheaper but at a powdercoater that does staircases and fences, for a proper wheel specialist to do them it isn't cheap at all. £50 a wheel is cheap here. That's who I got to do the wheels on my MiTo.

17" OZ Superleggeras. haha

Then, with all respects, don't compare them to my wheels! :)

All I said was (In reply to someone else's comment) I was struggling to sell a set cheaper no mention of them being rarer, better or worth more, not moaning cos I'm asking for silly money for a wheel that's been around for years

At £600 for 2nd hand I'd be expecting to be refurbed and at least ready for tires if not with tires

Far as I'm concerned now you can take your wheels and ram them where the sun doesn't shine

They are with tyres, they've got Toyo Proxes T1-R on them.

You're struggling to sell them because they look like generic turd, you wouldn't get £50 for them. Now get out of my thread.

Hmm maybe if I listed them as being not available in halfords...

please tell me more about how people are lining up at your door to buy your overpriced wheels
