Hi, I am having the same problem after putting a 1.2 8v in my Seicento, I take it that I it is likely to be that the sensor on the new engine is intended for a gauge? I have been getting pretty worried that I am likely to damage the new engine. I tried to remove the old sensor, but unfortunately it broke when I tried to turn it. I tred to check ePER but can't get on recently. Thanks in advance.

also... check all connections. the sonsor will keep doing the slow brightness thing if there maybe some sort of short. a new sonsor is the quick fix, but is not always the fault. i'll check diag and get back to you with another fix.

thanks.:slayer:
