Technical Outside Temp Sensor fail

Hi, my computer screen says the outside temp is -39deg C and danger of ice! its like 12deg C!!

ive read here that its in the wing mirror, one of them - but which one though?ive a RHD car. its a good thread to follow if i cant get it simplified here.
