personally i think cinqs will hold up better than sei's for the pure fact they're more boxy than sei's which makes it more rigid in theory

That's just silly theory! You notice all modern cars are getting a bit "bubble shaped"? Okay you can say "ah but that's to cut down on pedestrian injuries" but car's are also increasingly shaped this way to offer better occupant protection. Your'e thinking volvo and that's giving you the feeling that boxy = safe!

I don't think any small car older than 3 yrs, with no airbags is going to score highly on these sort of tests. Just be greatfull your'e not driving a nova (I know you all are) must be the sh*tiest crash record ever. I have lost two friends in car crashes, both involving nova's. A third crashed at 40mph, the nova looked like a squashed tin can. He was okay, but it was close.

was just thinking that (hit from behind for example) the cinq would crumple forwards if your with me, whereas a more bubbley car (such as sei) would probably crumple more outwards as well as forwards? so less is absorbed?

could also just be my sunday thinking head engaged :p

have heard of a 30mph crash in a nova being fatal, although to be fair the car was apparently a cut and shut which was why
