ok i am off work ill again so when i woke up i started work on the last step.
firstly u cant cut plexi with a jig saw. lol
secondly it takes for ever with a stanley knife. lol
once it was cut out and a few cuts on the kitchen tiles i was ready to mount the perspex... WRONG!!! cos i had to move the 360 writting i had a nice lump on the back that i had to sand down enough to get the plexi to fit
once this was done i sprayed teh funnel and then tried to fit my hitachi dvd window. well it seems i have a samsung dvd and luck would have it i got send a samsung dvd window in a hitachi box lol put it all back together and low and behold cos the plexi is a tight fit the rear of the case dont shut properly
need to get back inside and loosen the case as i screwed it down tight and this will flex a little back it o shape.
now it back together i really like

karls dash got some more play time too secured it down now just the top side to do (ill do this once the screen is back on and then mask over the lot)

ill get the orbital out later and smooth the front off cos this manual work **** is a killer on the arm lol. smooth it over and get the sucka sprayed
