OT...is 3/4ich the same as 19mm?

Doing a manufacturing project and need to sate a sanner size, a 3/4 ich fits so is this 19mm?

ash sent me a message saying that you had a simalar problem namely the central locking having a mind of its own when i unlock the doors the locks just keep going up and down untill i close the door or it tries about eight times then stops
ash mentioned something about black connectors in the doors
any help would be much appreciated as its driving me mental
