orange network

having trouble sending texts this morning, all staying in my outbox and saying message sending failed.

rang my works phone and that go's through fine, so guessed that they hadnt cut my account for whatever reason - im also able to receive texts.

rang orange themselves, and they said that there was a network error in all orange phones sending texts

went upstairs to tell everyone with an orange networked phone, and one of my colleagues on the orange network was able to send a text fine to another colleague.

try switching off your phone taking out the battery and sim and then replacing it all again even though it may be a network problem that usually helps.

Mines been like it for months, messages not being sent, being sent (alledgedly getting delivery reports but sender not getting them) told orange was promised a callback withing the hour....that was 3 months ago

I had a few rejected text yesterday, but all bar one sent on 2nd attempt.

Orange is still better than O2!

I beg to differ, my Orange phone (work one) loses it's signal constantly, my o2 phone never loses its signal!

:yeahthat:, I moved from O2 to Orange.

Orange offer far more extra thing's like 'Orange Wed's' which are great without the other bits, and better than any or the 'O2 treats'
