Hi all.

My old man has a 2000 1.2 Punto, thats only firing on two cylinders. His mate a self proclaimed expert, decided to disconnect the plug leads and change the coils around. Only problem is that he never marked the leads and can't remember which one went where. :bang:

can anyone post a diagram or explain, which lead should go where.

Thanks in advance

Cheers

The HT lead numbers are stamped on the head casting (just above the coils, side-on).

It's 2,3,1,4 reading front to back.

If swapping the coils over doesn't change the fault, it's more than likely to be the EFI ECU (been covered several times on here- I believe there's a 'how to' guide on here telling you how to test it).
