Hi All New To This Forum Im Hopping To Find Someone With Some Knoledge Relating To The Engine In My Talbot Camper Van Which Im Told Is The Same As The Fiat Ducato
The Enginge Is A 2 Litre Petrol Year 1989 Carburetor
What I Want To Know Is Was This Engine Fitted To Any Other Models And Was It Available In Fuel Injected Form ?

That van was also sold as a Peugeot and a Citroen and most likely that is where the mechanicals came from. Take a look at the curretn Fiat Ducato. It is acutally a PSA product and uses PSA engines even if the diesels (except for the 2.3 which really is a Fiat product) say JTD on them they are PSA engines. Try looking up the Citroen C35 for the same year and you will probably get exactly the same engine. It's also possible the engine was also sold in the upper part of the PSA car range, so there may also be an injected version but it may not be a wise choice if you carry heavy loads or often head for the mountains on holiday.

a 1989 model has a peugeot engine, it was made in italy with the the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot J5 and Citron C25 but they all had peugeot engines.
