Technical oil pressure sensor

the oil presure sensor thing near the oil filter that has just one wire going into it that causes the light to come on/off ect... can a guage be wired upto this? as it grounds out to show oil pressure droping ect... but is it just a on/off or various pressure sensor?

on/off only.

on mine, i binned the stock sensor and had the T piece modified to make this fit.

Or you can use a standard 'T' piece with the existing switch on one side and a gauge seder in the other. You can use an electrical or manual gauge, whatever takes your fancy.
